Education and training for remarriage and blended familes
Description
David & Lisa Frisbie have served as the executive directors of the Center for Marriage and Family Studies in Del Mar, California since its founding in 1982. Since the late 1980's, the Center has developed educational programs and training resources aimed at promoting healing, happiness, and hope for persons who have experienced divorce. Since 1997, the Center has been directly involved in the preparation and presentation of educational information and training programs for persons who remarry following an experience of divorce. The core seminar developed by the Center is entitled "The Remarriage Journey." Its primary focus articulates the four 'first principles' for remarried persons.
