Marriage CoMission

A Marriage CoMission Participating Partner has read the charter, agrees with the overall, national strategy, is collaborative and has a serving spirit, and produces excellent, quality material.

The Marriage CoMission is a coalition of marriage champions from different sectors in our society committed to strengthening life-long, healthy marriages within their spheres of influence and overlapping their efforts through a national strategy that focuses on equipping city elders and leaders to develop catalytic city marriage initiatives.

The Charter describes how the Marriage CoMission will work toward fulfilling our vision of inspiring the created desire within men and women for life-long, healthy marriages, equipping them to lead strong families and raise hope-filled children who will shape our nation and future generations.

Our mission is to serve together as an allied force to support the marriage movement in America by strengthening teamwork and pooling our respective resources behind city marriage initiatives led by local city elders and leaders.\Our strategy is to integrate our diverse resources and services into the marriage movement, primarily at the city level. We believe by entrusting the marriage movement to city leaders and influencers who are taking responsibility for their community, cultural change can happen.

The Marriage CoMission is divided into five working groups. To date, these groups include Community Mobilization, Church, Corporate, Marriage Services, and Media.

Entrusting: We seek to entrust the marriage movement to Community and Church Leaders and equip them to be successful in leading a marriage renaissance in their community
Measuring: We desire accountability for measurable results
